ADS Consult's manual is customized to meet state and federal guidelines as well as center's operations and business practices. Completion of a customized manual will take a minimum of 8 weeks. The completed manual is delivered in an electronic format and will includes all forms and employee handbook template. The consult will work with the center to complete the manual and  will provide 2  1-hour  consulting session to review the completed manual.
